Exposure to the North!

Experience a historical canoe route and earn your Voyageurs Certificate!

Participants will depart for Missinippi, 80 kilometres north of LaRonge for a 5-day canoeing adventure down the Churchill River Sysytem

You will view Nistowiak Falls (the tallest waterfall in Saskatchewan!), Robertson Falls as well as Twin Falls. You will also have the opportunity to run Big and Little Stanley Rapids, as well as Otter Rapids. Youth on the Third Year program also visit Stanley Mission Church which is the oldest building still in operation in Saskatchewan, and explore the pictographs of early First Nations in Saskatchewan and ponder their meaning.
